It’s about time we got some more music from Red Hot Chili Peppers. They’re one of my favorite bands of all time.
One of the things that makes Anthony Kiedis so interesting as a vocalist is that he’s not afraid to get into character, be silly, be over the top.
Vocalists that get into character have a better voice, no matter what.
Anthony has a way of being very bright & dark at the same time. He’s moving his placement around, which gives him this neat sound, because it’s dynamic.
I’m excited to see what they do vocally in this song. Let’s dive in.
